1. Scope This Refund Policy applies to the software licenses and subscription products sold on this website by SJMK SYSTEM ((주)씨알베이). 2. Right of withdrawal (Republic of Korea) Under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc., you may withdraw your order within 7 days of the payment date. However, where provision of digital content has already begun (for example, license issuance or the start of a download), the right of withdrawal may be restricted to the extent provided by law; we give notice of this and obtain your consent before provision begins. 3. EU/EEA and UK consumers The 14-day right of withdrawal applies. However, if you have expressly consented to immediate provision of the digital content and confirmed that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, that right ceases to apply from the moment provision begins. 4. Subscriptions You may cancel a subscription at any time before the next billing date, and after canceling you may continue to use the service until the end of the period you have already paid for. Auto-renewal terms are shown on each product page. 5. Defects If a material defect in the software makes normal use impossible and no fix is provided within a reasonable period, you may request a refund in accordance with applicable law. 6. Processing Once a refund is approved, it is processed within 3–7 business days using the same method as the original payment (this may vary depending on the payment provider). 7.
